Each student has their name written on a clip attached to the pictured chart. Students start each day Ready to Learn. From there, they can move up and/or down the chart. Listening quietly, getting started on a task right away, helping a classmate, being especially kind are all examples of ways to move up the Clip Chart. Not listening or following instructions, being unkind or disrespectful are examples of ways to move down the Clip Chart. If you are at Super Student at the end of the day, you will receive a sticker on your clip.

Moving down the chart issues students a friendly reminder to Think About It before teacher's choice. Teacher's Choice varies and may be missing a few minutes of recess to discuss the behaviour or writing an apology note. Parent Contact will occur if the behaviour continues. A note will be sent home or a phone call will be made at this point.
